These terms are intended to ensure both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement, to protect each other's interests, and to set expectations for our service.
1. General Provisions
Availability is subject to actual inventory. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory quantities on the Website, there may be times when inventory discrepancies prevent us from shipping all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will ship the available items and contact you to let you know whether you wish to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or to issue a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping costs are payable at the time of purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
Uazsupda will gladly accept returns due to change of mind, as long as the return request is received within 25 days of receipt and the item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once the return is received and accepted, the refund will be processed according to our refund policy, including a 25% restocking fee.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Uazsupda will gladly honor any valid warranty claim as long as the claim is submitted within 60 days of receipt of the item.
The customer is required to prepay the return shipping costs, but a refund will be issued upon successful warranty claim.
Uazsupda will process your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will be offered the following options:
(a) Refund to your payment method
(b) Refund in the form of store credit
(c) Replacement item shipped to you (if in stock)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping Time
Generally, domestic shipping takes 2-7 days.
4.2 International Shipping Time
International orders typically ship within 4-22 days. This time depends on the courier you choose. We can provide a more specific quote when you select a courier during checkout.
4.3 Shipping Time
Orders are typically shipped within the first full business day after payment. Orders received before 12:00 PM will likely ship the same day. Expedited orders (next-day delivery, second-day delivery) received before 10:00 AM will typically ship the same day. Specific shipping times may vary depending on staffing, order volume, and carrier.
Our warehouse operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. The warehouse is closed on national holidays. We take steps to minimize shipping delays.
4.4 Shipping Address Change
For shipping address changes, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Uazsupda cannot ship products to P.O. Box addresses via postal services. A physical address must be provided in order to receive shipping from the carrier.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We cannot ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service via courier services.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to arrive before shipping. While waiting for it, the existing items in the order will be held.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate. Please note that the estimated time provided on the website is only an estimate. Please use the tracking number provided to obtain the estimated delivery date.
5. Tracking Notification
After shipping, customers will receive a tracking link that allows them to track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.
6. Package Damaged in Transit
If you discover your package is damaged in transit, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our Customer Service. If your package arrives without you, please contact Customer Service and explain the next steps. Please provide photos of the shipping container, product, and shipping label to prove the damage.
7. Duties and Taxes

Product prices displayed on the website include sales tax.
7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival at their destination. These fees vary by country, and Uazsupda recommends that you understand these potential charges before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination, the shipment will be returned to Uazsupda at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of the shipment, less the return shipping fee. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
9. Insurance
Package loss and damage insurance is available up to $100 USD, the specific amount to be specified by the courier.
9.1 Damaged in Transit Processing
Once the courier completes the claim investigation, we will promptly process a refund or exchange. Please provide photos of the shipping container, product, and shipping label to verify the damage.
9.2 Lost in Transit Processing
Once the courier completes the investigation and determines the package is lost, we will process a refund or exchange.
