Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are not returnable. We do not accept products containing hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds will not be issued in certain circumstances: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we'll process your refund and automatically refund it to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, minus a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be calculated from the order amount minus shipping costs.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to be posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable; unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate in the value of your return. The gift certificate will be mailed to you after we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchange product to arrive may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
